Works are already selling!

The Arcangel, Salvador Dalí, 1974
As the gallery continues to be hung with our newly-imagined Private Collection works, word is getting out that they will be available at our 30-Year Anniversary Party at below-market prices.  La Pieta Nera (The Black Madonna) by Salvador Dalí has sold, as has The Sun and the Water by Alexander Calder, and Josefina Jacquin's La Diablita.

Luckily, we have works ready to replace those that are sold.  Newly introduced is The Arcangel, by Salvador Dalí.  Read on to learn more:

1904-1989
In the Bible, the Archangel, Michael, leads God’s armies to victory over Satan, and over time he was seen as a protector and leader of the angelic army of God.
“L’Arcangelo”, (The Archangel), is part of a set of 16 pieces, created by Dali, and published by Jacques Carpentier in 1974. Originally, it was conceived as a stained glass ceiling for the Museo Dali in Figueres, Spain, and is now mounted as intended.
Bold and striking, the color is intense as Michael takes flight amid an explosion of energy.
250 portfolios were printed on fine Arches paper and signed in pencil by the artist. Ours is from the sixth portfolio.
